About tjamrog

Sixty years old, retired, live in the Maine woods, thru-hiked the Appalachain Trail in 2007 and the Pacific Crest Trail in 2010. I like reading, and being outdoors as much as possible. My upcoming exercise program involves more walking. For the upper body and core workout, I'll be shoveling snow.
