Fitness Adjustments 2012

I have been incorporating” Burpees” into my home fitness program.  They have to be viewed to be understood, so click the link above to get to a YouTube clip of how to do them.  Burpees combine a leaping with a push up.  The exercise is from the excellent fitness blog/website of Daryll Edwards from the UK.

A fast bike ride of an hour  followed by ten of these double press Burpees was just the ticket yesterday.
